The week-long program under the titled " Meri Maati Mera Desh" commenced Yesterday on 09/08/2023 at Government Degree College Langate, marking the celebration of "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" - an eventful occasion to commemorate 75 years of India's independence.

On 12th of August GDC Langate organized a special event in honor of International Youth Day, focusing on the role of young minds in India's development.

The event included a lecture delivered by Dr. Barket Hameed, a prominent figure in the field. Dr. Hameed's lecture centered on the contributions of notable personalities who have made a significant impact on society in the present era. During the lecture, Dr. Barket Hameed emphasized the transformative power of young minds in shaping the trajectory of India's development. He highlighted the accomplishments of individuals who have emerged as influential figures in various fields such as technology, entrepreneurship, social activism, and the arts. These individuals were portrayed as role models for the younger generation, demonstrating that age is not a barrier to making a meaningful impact.
