The week-long program under the titled " Meri Maati Mera Desh" commenced Yesterday on 09/08/2023 at Government Degree College Langate, marking the celebration of "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" - an eventful occasion to commemorate 75 years of India's independence.
On August 9, 2023, a pledge ceremony marked the beginning of a series of programs under the banner of "Meri Maati Mera Desh" and "Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav." The events continued on August 10, 2023, with a lecture on social awareness and cultural heritage delivered by Dr. Ab Roof Bhat (Dept. Of sociology) at GDC Langate.
